The rules of the agreement between you and Blixye: what the Service is, what you can do with it, and what happens if something breaks.

1. Who provides the Service
These Terms govern the use of the website, the panel, the apps, the launcher, the API, the bots, the modules and any digital service published under the Blixye brand.

3. What Blixye is and is not
Blixye is operations software for roleplay communities: the website and its subdomains, the panel, the desktop launcher, the overlay, the API, bots and integrations, and modules for CAD, moderation, activity, economy, inventory, identity, vehicles and wages.

4. Who may use it

Access to advanced features requires registration and linking with Discord, Roblox or another method designated by Blixye, with accurate and up-to-date details.

One main account per person: alternate accounts to get around sanctions, limits or moderation are prohibited.
You look after your credentials, tokens, PINs and API keys, and you are answerable for what happens with your account.
Tell us without delay if you suspect unauthorised access, a token leak or impersonation.
We may apply anti-fraud and integrity checks (device, IP, reputation, duplicate accounts) so far as the law allows.

The Service works in permission layers: player, moderator, faction, staff, support, development, administration or ownership. Use only the ones lawfully assigned to you.

As long as you comply with these Terms, you have a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, community or entertainment purposes.

The launcher, the panel and the overlay must only be obtained from Blixye's official channels. No modified, repackaged or cracked versions. The client may update itself for security and compatibility, and we may stop supporting old versions.

You are responsible for the content you upload and you state that you have the necessary rights. You remain its owner.

You grant us a limited licence to host, process, display, back up and moderate it, solely in order to run the Service, keep backups, prevent abuse, provide support, comply with the law and enforce these Terms.

Balances, inventories, vehicles, properties, points and statuses are fictional, licensed and revocable. They have no cash value and no right of conversion.

12. API and integrations

Keys are per community, server or environment, revocable and non-transferable: keep them out of public code.
We may change rate limits, quotas, scopes, versions and deprecation schedules.
We do not guarantee indefinite compatibility of endpoints, schemas or SDKs unless agreed in writing.
You are responsible for your integrations: that they comply with the law and do not degrade the Service.
Using the API to build a competing product, to resell it or to accumulate data beyond your integration is prohibited.
If you receive webhooks, validate the signature and origin (HMAC in X-Blixye-Signature) and protect the data you receive.
We may monitor API usage and limit, suspend or revoke credentials in the face of misuse, security risk or excessive load.

13. Payments, renewals and taxes
The price, the billing cadence, taxes and scope are shown before you pay. Charges are processed by providers such as Stripe or PayPal: Blixye does not store full card numbers.

1. Send your people the launcher
It is the only thing they install, and only once. They sign in with Discord, we verify their Roblox account and the overlay shows over the session.

Police, sheriff, fire or whatever you run. Each with its ranks and permissions: that decides who can punish, clock in or read records.

With the first duty shift the calls, activity and economy start filling up. From there you just tune it.
