Refund, Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy
How renewals work, when you have a right of withdrawal, and when we give the money back.

1. Scope and billing
This applies to subscriptions, premium access, digital entitlements, cosmetics, priority features and hosted plans. When you buy, you authorise the charge shown, taxes included, and you are responsible for providing accurate billing details and a valid payment method.

2. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew for successive periods unless cancelled before the renewal.
Cancelling does not retroactively undo the period already paid for.
Access continues until the end of the paid period, unless it was suspended earlier for a breach, fraud or a chargeback.
3. Immediate performance and consumer rights
Many services are delivered immediately. Where the law allows it, the payment flow will ask you to expressly request immediate performance and to acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal once it has begun.

4. When there is a refund

You were charged several times by mistake.
The service was not provisioned because of a technical failure on our side that could not be put right.
There was a manifest billing error.
The terms of purchase or the law require it.
As a general rule there is no refund if the service has already been delivered, activated or substantially consumed; if we suspended you for a breach, fraud or security; or if the complaint is about dissatisfaction with moderation decisions, balance adjustments or changes to fictional in-game money.

Faced with an unjustified chargeback we may suspend the account, revoke entitlements, claim the amount and the costs, and require verification on future purchases. This does not affect your legitimate disputes.

6. How to ask for one
Write to blixye.support@gmail.com with your account identifier, the transaction or invoice ID, the date of purchase, a description of the problem and the legal basis if you are invoking a legal right. We may ask for reasonable information to verify the transaction.

When we grant a refund we may revoke the service, the premium entitlement or the associated virtual content, or offer a partial refund, credit or a replacement entitlement where that is appropriate.

1. Send your people the launcher
It is the only thing they install, and only once. They sign in with Discord, we verify their Roblox account and the overlay shows over the session.

Police, sheriff, fire or whatever you run. Each with its ranks and permissions: that decides who can punish, clock in or read records.
3. Open the server
With the first duty shift the calls, activity and economy start filling up. From there you just tune it.
