In the web panel, open your server → Connections → Discord → generate a link code.
You have 10 minutes. In your Discord, someone with Manage Server runs /blixye vincular with that code.
/blixye estado shows which Blixye server it is linked to and which licences it has.

In the app, Manage → Integrations → Discord. Pick your Discord server from the list (the ones you administer are shown; if there is no list, press the read-my-servers button and authorise in Discord) or type its id (17 to 20 digits).
Press Add the bot: Discord opens with that server already chosen and the permissions the bot uses (Manage Roles among them, to hand out linked roles). Accept. Then request the code.
In Discord, the server owner runs /discord link with that code. Nobody else can.
Go back to the app and check the status. /discord info shows it in Discord and /discord unlink undoes it (owner only as well).
