Shifts and payroll

Shifts only exist in the MDT, per corporation: clocking in, breaks, how pay is worked out and where the money comes from.

The officer clocks in and out, and can take breaks. Their shifts show in My file.
A shift closes by itself on disconnecting, switching character or signing out, and also after 12 hours open, which is the default.
Pay is set per corporation and can be changed per rank. It can be paid periodically, hourly straight away, hourly to withdraw later or daily pro rata. Subdivisions can add a bonus.
It comes out of the corporation budget, which can top itself up. With payroll switched off, no money goes out.
Separately there are Rewards (Manage → Rewards): payments per server role or per MDT rank, which the player claims in the Bank.

Type at least 3 characters.

1. Send your people the launcher
It is the only thing they install, and only once. They sign in with Discord, we verify their Roblox account and the overlay shows over the session.

2. Create your departments
Police, sheriff, fire or whatever you run. Each with its ranks and permissions: that decides who can punish, clock in or read records.
3. Open the server
With the first duty shift the calls, activity and economy start filling up. From there you just tune it.
