1. Scope and controller
This policy covers processing in which Blixye acts as controller. When we process a community's data on behalf of its administrator, the Data Processing Agreement applies as well.

2. What data we process

Identity and account: Discord ID and name, Roblox ID and name, avatar, internal identifiers, aliases and character names.
Authentication and security: sessions, sign-ins, token issuance and revocation, IP address, device or browser metadata, and password hashes where local credentials exist.
Acceptance of the Terms of Service and of this policy: one record per account, document and accepted version, with the date and time, the IP address and the device name, so that we can prove which version each account accepted and when.
Usage and telemetry: pages, modules, API calls, settings, errors, performance and diagnostics.
Community and operations: roles, sanctions, appeals, reports, audit trails, MDT/CAD records, fictional in-game economy, inventory, vehicles and wages.
Support: tickets, emails, attachments and conversation metadata.
Payment: transaction identifiers, billing and subscription status, country, VAT and anti-fraud signals. Cards are handled by the processor, not by Blixye.
Content you submit, and data needed to comply with the law or to investigate fraud, abuse or incidents.
3. Where it comes from

6. International transfers
Blixye is established in Spain (EU). If any data leaves the EEA or the United Kingdom, we apply the required safeguards: adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary technical and contractual measures. You can ask support for information about the mechanism that applies.

7. Retention

Account and profile: for as long as the account is active and for a limited period afterwards, for restoration, disputes or fraud.
Acceptance of the Terms of Service and of this policy: while the account exists; it is deleted along with the account.
Support: the reasonable time needed to handle the request and to keep the relevant records.
Security and access logs: a limited period, proportionate to security, auditing and anti-abuse.
Moderation and sanctions: as long as needed to enforce the sanction and prevent ban evasion.
Billing: whatever tax and accounting rules require.
Backups: rotating cycles, then overwritten.

1. Send your people the launcher
It is the only thing they install, and only once. They sign in with Discord, we verify their Roblox account and the overlay shows over the session.
