A personal or community licence to use: you are not buying the software, it is licensed to you.
Official Blixye channels only: no modified or repackaged builds.
Reselling, redistributing and reverse engineering are prohibited.

1. What is licensed to you
Blixye grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to install and run the client software: the ER:LC launcher, the overlay, the web panel, the FiveM framework and any scripts you have purchased.

2. Installation and updates

Always download from blixye.com or from an authorised store.
The client may check for and install updates automatically, for security and compatibility.
We may stop supporting old versions and require a minimum version in order to connect.
You are responsible for your machine and environment meeting the technical requirements.
3. What you may not do

Resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the software or its files.
Reverse engineer, decompile or extract the code, except as mandatory law permits.
Modify, patch or repackage the client, or distribute unofficial builds.
Remove copyright notices, trademarks or licensing mechanisms.
Use the software to inject code or alter Roblox or any third-party experience.
The software draws a layer on top of the game: it never modifies game files and never plays the game for you.

4. Keys, codes and activations
Script keys and Enterprise keys are personal to your account or community. Sharing them outside your server, publishing them or reselling them ends the licence with no refund.

You can release an activation and link it again from the panel as many times as you need, and rotate a key whenever you want: the previous one stops working at that moment.

5. Included updates and support
Permanent purchases include 24 months of updates from the date of purchase. Subscriptions include updates for as long as they are active. After that period the software keeps working, but without new versions unless you renew.

6. Term and end of the licence
The licence lasts for as long as you comply with these terms and, for subscriptions, for as long as payment is up to date. If the licence ends you must stop using the software and uninstall it, including any copies on your own servers.
