1. Qué se te licencia
Blixye te concede una licencia limitada, revocable, no exclusiva, intransferible y no sublicenciable para instalar y ejecutar el software cliente: el launcher de ER:LC, el overlay, el panel web, el framework de FiveM y los scripts que hayas adquirido.

2. Instalación y actualizaciones
KEY
Descarga siempre desde blixye.com o desde una tienda autorizada.
El cliente puede comprobar e instalar actualizaciones automáticamente por seguridad y compatibilidad.
Podemos dejar de dar soporte a versiones antiguas y exigir una versión mínima para conectar.
Tú respondes de que tu equipo y tu entorno cumplan los requisitos técnicos.
3. Lo que no puedes hacer
KEY
Revender, alquilar, sublicenciar o redistribuir el software o sus archivos.
Hacer ingeniería inversa, descompilar o extraer el código, salvo lo que permita la ley imperativa.
Modificar, parchear o reempaquetar el cliente, ni distribuir builds no oficiales.
Eliminar avisos de copyright, marcas o mecanismos de licencia.
Usar el software para inyectar código, alterar Roblox o cualquier experiencia de terceros.
El software dibuja una capa por encima del juego: nunca modifica archivos del juego ni automatiza la partida por ti.

4. Keys, códigos y activaciones
Las keys de scripts y de Enterprise, y los códigos de servidor de ER:LC, son personales de tu cuenta o comunidad. Compartirlas fuera de tu servidor, publicarlas o revenderlas extingue la licencia sin reembolso.

Puedes liberar y volver a vincular una activación desde el panel las veces que necesites, y rotar una key cuando quieras: la anterior deja de funcionar en ese momento.

5. Actualizaciones incluidas y soporte
Las compras permanentes incluyen 24 meses de actualizaciones desde la fecha de compra. Las suscripciones incluyen actualizaciones mientras estén activas. Pasado ese plazo el software sigue funcionando, pero sin nuevas versiones salvo que renueves.

6. Duración y fin de la licencia
La licencia dura mientras cumplas estos términos y, en las suscripciones, mientras el pago esté al día. Si la licencia se extingue debes dejar de usar el software y desinstalarlo, incluidas las copias en servidores propios.

1. Send your people the launcher
It is the only thing they install, and only once. They sign in with Discord, we verify their Roblox account and the overlay shows over the session.

2. Create your departments
Police, sheriff, fire or whatever you run. Each with its ranks and permissions: that decides who can punish, clock in or read records.
3. Open the server
With the first duty shift the calls, activity and economy start filling up. From there you just tune it.
