Data Processing Agreement
For administrators: Blixye as processor of your community's data.

1. Parties and scope
This agreement applies when Blixye processes personal data on behalf of a community administrator or eligible customer, who acts as the controller. It does not cover processing in which Blixye is an independent controller: account registration, authentication, billing, fraud prevention, product improvement, compliance and claims.

2. Subject matter, categories and duration
We process the data in order to deliver the features the controller turns on: account linking and display, moderation and sanctions, roles and permissions, fictional in-game economy, inventories, vehicles, MDT/CAD, and the hosting, backup, monitoring and support operations that are needed.

Duration: for as long as the service relationship lasts, plus the deletion periods, backups and legal obligations.
The controller must not use the Service to process special categories of data or criminal-offence data unless it is expressly permitted and lawful.

3. Instructions, confidentiality and security
We process the data only on the controller's documented instructions, where the law applicable to Blixye requires it, or where it is necessary to prevent and investigate security incidents, abuse or fraud.

Anyone with access is bound by confidentiality and works on a need-to-know basis. We apply encryption in transit, role-based access control, secrets management, secure development, monitoring, vulnerability management, backups and incident response.

4. Rights, incidents and audits
We help the controller with data-subject requests, the security of processing, breach notifications, impact assessments and prior consultations, in a proportionate way. If a data subject writes to us directly about a community's data, we refer them to the controller.

When the relationship ends we return or delete the data at the controller's choice where that is technically possible; if no choice is made, we delete it in the ordinary course, save for legal, security or claims-related retention.

It is the only thing they install, and only once. They sign in with Discord, we verify their Roblox account and the overlay shows over the session.

Police, sheriff, fire or whatever you run. Each with its ranks and permissions: that decides who can punish, clock in or read records.

With the first duty shift the calls, activity and economy start filling up. From there you just tune it.
