Illegal Content, IP and Notice-and-Action Policy
How to report illegal content or an infringement of rights, and how we review it.

This covers allegedly illegal content, intellectual property infringement, breaches of privacy or image rights, impersonation, security reports and takedown requests. Notices are sent to blixye.support@gmail.com or through the forms we make available.

2. Minimum content of a notice

The name and contact details of the complainant and the capacity in which they act, with proof of authorisation if they represent someone else.
The URL, identifier, record key or account where the material is.
A reasoned explanation of why it is illegal or infringing.
Screenshots, timestamps or documents that support it.
A statement of good faith and of the accuracy of the information.

3. Review and measures
We review using human judgement, technical tools and contextual verification. We may ask for more information, preserve evidence, restrict access during the review, notify the affected user, reject unfounded notices, remove content, suspend accounts or escalate to the authorities.

4. Intellectual property

Copyright: identify the work, the infringing material, the ownership or authorisation and the legal basis.
Trademarks: state the mark relied on, the territory, the registration details and why the use is unlawful or misleading.
Repeat infringement: we apply progressive measures, up to cancelling the account.
5. Privacy, counter-notice and emergencies
If content discloses personal data, uses your identity improperly or infringes your image rights, tell us the location, the nature of the infringement, why you are the person affected and any urgency factors. We may restrict visibility as a precaution.

1. Send your people the launcher
It is the only thing they install, and only once. They sign in with Discord, we verify their Roblox account and the overlay shows over the session.

Police, sheriff, fire or whatever you run. Each with its ranks and permissions: that decides who can punish, clock in or read records.
3. Open the server
With the first duty shift the calls, activity and economy start filling up. From there you just tune it.
