All 180 functions in the official ESX and QBCore lists exist and can be called: server (28) and client (17) ESX.*, xPlayer (58), server (37) and client (19) QBCore.Functions.*, and Player.Functions.* (21).
Existing is not behaving the same. For example: whatever ESX.CreateJob or ESX.AddItems creates lasts until the next restart; xPlayer.executeCommand runs on the client, with that player's permissions; ESX.CreatePickup does nothing.
Every character has both a citizenid (QBCore) and an identifier (ESX), and there are SQL views (users, players, owned_vehicles, player_vehicles, jobs, job_grades, items) for scripts that read those tables directly.
Licences answer to all three names: drive (ESX), driver (QBCore) and conducir (Blixye).
With a game key that has jobs.read, the bridges' setJob does not change the job: it asks Blixye (Jobs).
