Bot API

What Blixye's Discord bot API is, what the panel's bot tokens are for, and why it is not open to third parties.

It is the surface (/discord_bot) Blixye's Discord bot uses to act on a server: view money and inventory, apply a character kill, request a role change confirmed by direct message, read character sheets. It is not a public API: besides the server token, it requires an internal Blixye key that is not given to anyone. A bot of yours cannot call it, and it changes without notice.

The panel's bot tokens

They are created in the app: Admin panel → Integraciones → «El bot y sus llaves». They start with bot_ and are shown only once.
They authorise Blixye's bot to act on YOUR server, and only on it. Each token carries broad scopes: money, items, ck and role.
Besides the token's scope, every action checks the Discord roles the person running the command has RIGHT NOW: they need a role the server granted that permission to. If Discord does not answer, there are no permissions.
Today the bot does NOT give or take money or items: those actions are deliberately disabled and answer with an error without moving anything. Viewing money (the bank balance) and the inventory do work, as do character kills, confirmed roles and character sheets.

Create the server
Type at least 3 characters.

1. Send your people the launcher
It is the only thing they install, and only once. They sign in with Discord, we verify their Roblox account and the overlay shows over the session.
Go to the download
2. Create your departments
Police, sheriff, fire or whatever you run. Each with its ranks and permissions: that decides who can punish, clock in or read records.
3. Open the server
With the first duty shift the calls, activity and economy start filling up. From there you just tune it.
